Sometime around mid-November 2024, I started to experience pain in my glute/groin and knee down to my ankle and noticed that I had difficulty bending over to put my socks on. Dr Kahlenberg replaced my left hip 7 weeks ago. I am amazed at the lack of pain and ability to return to a normal lifestyle in such a short period of time. I am walking without a limp and my gait is perfect I haven't needed a cane in weeks. She is a Brilliant surgeon who I highly recommend. I can’t thank her and her team enough for their excellent care.
Terrific! I cannot say enough good things about HSS and Dr. Cynthia Kahlenberg’s team, including NP Ashley Marinello. HSS has applied quality controls to everything. My anterior hip replacement surgery seems to have been done perfectly. Thank you!!
Great experience and outcome! Biking in Europe 6 weeks after hip replacement.
I had a full knee replacement with Dr. Kahlenberg and it could not have gone better. From the first consultation to the 6 week post op visit, everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. 6 weeks out my knee feels great, and I am sure it will keep getting better. I am only sorry that I put this off for so long!
