Cynthia is so sweet and knowledgeable. She's the only person I trust with my face now! She's knows her anatomy and is truly honest about the procedures, not pushing for anything that isn't necessary or won't have the best results. The staff is incredibly sweet and her spa is just beautiful!
I scheduled an appointment for next day and ended up taking my 3 year old son with me for my consultations. They asked me to reschedule but wanted me to come same day or else I lose my deposit. Worst customer service I have seen. I was going to give them business but they couldn't even make an exception to reschedule my consultation for a later date without asking me to pay another $50 deposit. I have been coming here to Cynthia has since she is in Ontario and that was a very long time ago and honestly, I wouldn’t go to nobody else. She is honestly the best I wouldn’t trust nobody else with my face. I’ve never had any issues or any problems and she’s very good at communication after the procedure. She’ll tell you what looks good and what doesn’t she won’t force you to get something you don’t want honestly 10 out of 10.
