I will not be back to this salon and I do not recommend. I went in just for highlights. I have had very health hair and have been getting my hair highlighted in Minnesota for 20 years. The woman who was working with me said she would leave the color on for 15 minutes. She never checked my hair, and came back in 25 minutes. It was definitely over processed. Listen I was there on the 11th and Hannah was supposed to give me a trim and bangs and ruined my hair so bad that I have shaved my head and now wear wigs. I have called to talk to the owner and she never contacts me back. I didn’t want to write a review. I just wanted my money back. Hair is a big part of identity and Hannah took that from me.
