They have the worst management services. I booked a massage for my husband's birthday, and on our way there we got stuck in traffic. I call the reception and told them that we will be late 20 minutes, and she said too bad because we will only get 30 minutes massage. I have already paid half of the price. She refused to reschedule us or book us for another time. At the end we end up losing $140, because it did not make sense to paid $300 for 20 minutes massage.
