Best gym in Bluffton, owners are friendly and personable and welcome each person that comes in regardless of fitness level. Good equipment, saunas, fitness classes, and childcare. Perfect “no frills” type of gym. I will continue to go here as long as I live in Bluffton �
I love Stephanie and Jake. They have always gone out of their way to speak to me and make me comfortable. I agree with a few of the Post that some of the clientele need to be more respectable and held accountable. A lot don’t wipe the machines and they hog them. I understand you have a routine but it’s not fair to lock up 6 machines for your sole purpose and scream at those who try to use them. The slamming of the weights is very common and should be addressed.

Great place to train. Excellent equipment, 24 hour access and solid training environment.
