I was driving down Colburn on my way to work February 3rd 2026 just passed 11 in the morning when I got cut off twice by this car. Cynda provided my wife and I a world class homebuying experience. I can confidently say she is single-handedly the reason we are in our new home. The connections she has can’t be duplicated elsewhere, and the effort she made to make our purchase stress-free was so evident. Never did we think our real estate agent would be as personable, caring, and genuine as Cynda is. We are so grateful for the communication, before, during, and after the sale. As first-timers, my husband and I had a lot of anxiety about looking for a home. Mike has been beyond incredible. He's basically held our hands through the process and explains everything. His communication is top-notch and he cares. But, above all, his honesty really shines and makes him trustworthy and someone we have loved working with. We won't work with anyone else. We are songrateful. I wish I could give 100 stars! We highly recommend this amazing group of realtors!

Cynda promised me that my house would sell over a weekend, and she was right! We received several offers within 1.5 days of listing, and Cynda negotiated the best deal for me with the buyer. This is the 2nd time that I have worked with her and I would definitely contact her again if I need to buy or sell. She rocks! Thank you Cynda!
