22/08/2025: Had Cylinder Plumbing called out to a new issue involving my gas cooktop. Arrived on time, efficient service and fixed the issue with ease. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I’ve used this team, and can confirm another 5 star job. Consistent in their quality of work, arrival time. Respectful tradesman as well. On a Friday of all days, found that I had very little hot water pressure, and was lukewarm at best. Was told to call Cylinder Plumbing. They made time on the same day, and within 2hrs of my call they attended my premises to remedy the situation. They had preempted the fault and brought the relevant parts. In under an hour, two valves replaced, and hot water had returned to normal. Thoroughly recommend. Prompt service, experienced techs, and the bill - less than expected!
Impressed with Matt and the team, lovely people who installed our new smart hot water system. Managed to connect a smaller hws until our new unit was installed. Highly recommend and at an affordable price.
