Celebrated my birthday here yesterday, and it was hands down, the best experience I've had. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to my dietary restrictions, and the food was beyond fantastic. The pan patty conserva was AMAZING, and the vegan goat cheese was incredible. My family had the duck confit empanadas, paella, octopus and the scallops. We could not stop talking about how good everything was. I've always had a great experience at Cygnus but this one tops the charts. Cygnus is definitely a go to!

Amazing experience! Our server was educated on the wine list and menu and the courses cane out perfectly timed. The beautiful views made for a relaxing and romantic setting.
Delicious food! Great View! The Chocolate Sphere is a must get. It was a great experience. Our server (Danny) was great. Attentive without being intrusive. :-) I definitely recommend checking out Cygnus 27.
