Been a customer for years and they have provided great service. Just been advised they will charge you $5.00 for each pool test if I don't buy something. That's pretty ordinary considering all the $ I have spent over the years with them. Also in-between buying items that may last a long time I may actually go and do more tests to see if what they recommended has worked! But now I will be charged $5.00 for each test unless I buy something. Bit ordinary and it looks like long term customers means nothing anymore.
Dee and I have been customers of Joe and Kay's since 2009. My tri-chlorinator and now glass filter and the pool have been well served by Nigel, Rowan, Eddie and now Dan. I cannot think of ANY experience except as first-class. Sharon and Chelsea have been wonderful in the Office. For those who complain of high prices, well, consider this. Do your own servicing and see how you go. A pool is a highly tuned piece of expensive equipment. You don't take a Mercedes or a Rolls Royce to Ultratune: you get the Professionals.
