My experience with CyFair Psychiatry was very disappointing. From the beginning, communication was poor, it was hard to get clear answers or call-backs, and appointments often felt rushed. I came in hoping to find understanding and support, but instead, I felt dismissed and unheard. Mental health care should be compassionate and patient-focused, and unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced here.
