been taking my son to Dr. Doan since he was born ( 8yrs). No complaints about the doctors; BUT DANG, WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT ON PHONE ( PUT ME ON HOLD ) FOREVER just to make an appt. It happens not all the time but MOST OF THE TIME. I dun know; this needs to be improved pls
Impossible to schedule an appt with them. Ai has taken over. I called on my lunch break and instead of answering they keep texting me asking for personal info via text to schedule. I keep asking for them to call me and they just keep asking for personal info. Unprofessional. Will go with a different dr that allows actual humans to interact with patients
The staff responsible for reception and billing at this pediatric clinic were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. First, when I called, I was quoted a consultation fee of $150. Despite trying for three days to schedule an appointment, I was repeatedly kept waiting. When I finally got an appointment, they claimed that I had booked one day late and charged me an additional $100. This was very disappointing and felt unfair. Raquel, the representative who helped me was very helpful and polite. I inquired about becoming a new client/patient. Everything was explained perfectly and it was such a smooth process. Id recommend all parents.
