If I could give ZERO stars I would. Upon Clay finding out that our mother had passed away, he was most concerned that the company was now out $5,000. What a heartless and cruel way to address a grieving family. I'm also going to be looking into their questionable billing practices. I'm curious to know how someone who passed away months ago is still being continually billed for oxygen...curious to say the least.
When our son passed they made a special trip to bring extra m60. Everyone is so willing to help from receptionist to deliver technicians.
My mom has used them since going on Oxygen in May 2020 and has nothing but wonderful things to say about them. Everyone is extremely nice and helpful.
Sweetest people and they had EXACTLY what we needed! Precious company! Thank you so much! We will be back!
