Great bike shop. They gave me the deal of a lifetime on my new Specialized Sirrus. The techs are extremely knowledgeable as well.
These guys are absolutely the greatest and are deserving of your hard earned dollar! Support this local small business as much as you can and help them thrive so that they can serve the Paulding/W Cobb community for many years to come! Mike, Chris and Ira are great folks and will do all they can to appease their customers. They know a thing or two about a thing or two!!
As far as bike shops go it doesn’t get much better than Cycology. And trust me I’ve been to all of them in the metro Atlanta area. I purchased a pivot MTB and a specialized hybrid from Mike and he might literally be the most knowledgeable about bike mechanics than anyone I have ever met. Need a bike? Go see Mike
The service was great, the work was fast, and the charges were affordable, Highly recommend!!
Couldn’t figure out why my chain was rubbing on my new bike. Told me to live with it, some bikes are like that. What a joke of a response. Even the manufacturer was surprised of their response of “live with it”. Took it back few months later and they recommended me to replace the chainring… that they previously ALREADY replaced TWICE — Yes, they completely forgot we already went through that and paid them for their joke of a solution one too many times.
