Every time I have come to this store, I have been ignored. No "hello, we'll be right with you" or asking if I needed assistance or anything . This has happened even when they aren't busy. I was hoping to find a good local bike shop. The search continues.
Zach and Ira were super helpful in answering all my questions to determine my next bike purchase and sourcing and ordering a few other items I needed that weren't their standard stock. Very happy with the experience and service & will be back!
Great Local Bike Shop with Excellent Service When I dug out my bike, I discovered it had a flat tire. I remembered having a good experience at Cycology Bike Shop in Hiram, so I headed there, only to find they'd moved. Luckily, their new location was just down the road. I ended up getting a new tire tube and a tune-up. The service was great, so when I came back to pick up my bike, I brought in my husband's for a tune-up as well. Not Impressed. The only place around though. Not willing to help unless you have a certain type of bike. I will drive back to Atlanta and have my bike worked on.
Great bike shop. They gave me the deal of a lifetime on my new Specialized Sirrus. The techs are extremely knowledgeable as well.
