Cycology does not put their customers needs before theirs! I drove into town and dropped off bicycle parts to be serviced by their mechanics and had a service receipt that stated what I needed done and was told that it would be several days for them to get to it. The next day (Saturday) they called me, an hour before they closed and asked me to pick up my wheel un fixed.
