I dont feel as though this employer cares about their employees, despite his claims that he does. I was only there for less than 2 years from April 2023 to Feb 2025 and finally couldn't take it anymore. The inefficiencies in their infrastructure and antiquated office processes forcing you to overcompensate and pick up the slack, lack of communication, poor management, constantly messing up on payroll/people's vacation time and changing policies just to get out of paying for accrued time and more.
