Less than zero stars. Ray, the owner, showed up late 1st time. He wasn't able to fix the problem, as he claimed he needed to order a part. He kept saying he would be back, then when I FINALLY mentioned him no showing EVERY time after that, he referred me to another company. I looked under registered businesses with city of Pueblo and his is NOT LISTED. He'll keep your money and rip you off. The next company that came said he broke my line!!! Sorry Ray going one star after yiu didn't honor your guarantee and charged my wife the next day to finish getting the clog the next day! You give a 30 day warranty.I have used you for years but that did it
Just wanted to give a shout-out to Ray and his crew. I had some major issues with my sewer line and other plumbing issues. He and his team were very professional, courteous and assured I was happy with the results. And on top of that they have very reasonable honest pricing! I Highly recommend Cyclone Sewer! 👍
Ray and Will answered the call, made it out, and fixed a clog in one day. All while being friendly and affordable. Highly recommended, local, and will definitely get my business next time.
