Cyclone did a fine job re-caulking, cleaning, and sealing shower. I was also pleased with the way they buffed and sealed granite counter tops. Very polite.

Arrived early (which was great) and did a very thorough, professional job. My only complaint is that they charged extra for 2 oversized rooms, so I ended up paying over $50 more than I was quoted on the phone. They did not mention the upcharge when I got the estimate.

Although I had some problems ion the initial clean, I had very prompt and professional responses to correct the problem immediately and I greatly appreciate that from a business owner.

Did the job. Showed up within time range. Please offer to call customer 30 minutes before arriving. Turned out I didn't need to leave work so early. Also, please fix this survey website so that it works properly in a Chrome Browser. Had to switch to Firefox to complete.
