Ralph and his team are extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy. They have served me on a couple different occasions -one of which was an emergency a/c repair on a weekend after work hours- and both times they were punctual and explained in detail what repairs were necessary and how much they cost. I had a situation where another AC company sold me a very expensive AC unit just to unload it, and I paid three times what I should of paid for an AC unit for my home. I couldn't get the parts because no one could get them in a reasonable amount of time. I had called several companies that where dealers and they couldn't help me until Cyclone Mechanical got involved.
