I bought a 4.5 Domane back in September as my first nice road bike. Come December after having it packed away for the winter, I found a hairline crack in the carbon seat tube. I immediately called Rob, the owner. The next day he and his crew stripped it down and sent it off to Trek for a warranty evaluation. As all the other comments say, just awesome customer service here. Extremely nice, personable and knowledgeable people. I got my bike, knowing absolutely nothing about them at all and they told me everything that i needed to know. I recommended this place to my boyfriend and he purchased a bike here as well. Stopped in today to ask a few questions about making my almost 20 yr old mountain bike a more comfortable ride. The staff is all very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I left with a new Trek Verve 2 and I LOVE IT!!!! They let me try out the different bikes & once I rode on this bike I knew I had to have it.
I've had tune ups before but never felt or saw much of a difference. I just picked mine up from here today -after a tune up and clean- it's like brand new! Very helpful and friendly staff too Thanks !
I recently purchased a Trek Crockett and went through the Pro Fit session with Rob. He had amazing attention to detail. We started with a body assessment and then set up each aspect of the bike down to the millimeter: seat post, multiple saddles, handlebar height & angles, pedals, cleats, shoes etc etc. We even changed the bar tape (completely cosmetic but worth it). Never by a high-end bike without going through a Pro Fit!
I shopped for over a year to buy a new bike. After walking into Cycling Republic I knew this is where I was going to buy it! Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Rob is amazing- so patient and answers every question you could possibly think of. He recommended a Trek for me and fitted me so well that after having my bike for only four days I rode 46 miles on the Mobility Bike Project in St. Charles (after not riding at all this year). This is Definitely the place to buy your bike!!

I had purchased a Dahon folding bicycle elsewhere and the guarantee required a tuneup. The guys at Cycling Republic were more than helpful and finished it on time with a fair price. I have two Trek Mountain Bikes and this is where i go for all the related service.
