Rob has been incredibly helpful in my search for the perfect cycling shoe. The whole crew is very patient and I love the "mom and pop shop" feel!
Recently moved to Atlanta Georgia. On my 5th ride out here and got a flat. Discovered it was the stem. Walked home up hill a mile...not flat here! Called to get some advise since I had a tune up at CR in March. Got a credit for the tube. Didn't even ask for one. I just wanted CR opinion since I don't have bike store here yet....to trust. Great people they really know how to hook some one up inexpensively
They are a great bike shop that is involved in all aspects of cycling weather at being Road riding or mountain biking
What an awesome place! This was our second bike purchased here, first for me. These guys went out of their way for me. Great price and even came out to my house to install a kick stand since they were initially out of stock. Rob, Zane and all the others helped size my bike and helmet and really gave it their personal touch! Will be back again!
This is, by far, THE best bike shop in the Northwest suburbs! While the abundant selection and quality of product (Trek rocks!) is outstanding, what truly sets this family run business apart from the rest is the staff. Rob went out of his way to make sure my 6 year old daughter was in the right bike and his father included her in every aspect of how the bike was being customized just for her!
