I was looking for a spinning lesson to participate while i was visiting Dallas for work and I found Cycling Center Dallas. I had no bike with me, i didnot have spd shoes, i didn't even have a water bottle with me! Just my cycling clothing and that's it. Richard asked me a few questions to understand my fitness level and my cycling experience and immediately set me up on a bike!
