I had the pleasure of dealing with Tom at Cyclewerx recently. I am the proud owner of a 1997 Yamaha YZF750R that needed some "love". So many places would not touch it, it became disappointing. Then I called Tom. He took it on and I am so happy I made that call. Tom and his team did an awesome job taking care of my bike. Carbs rebuilt, some extra love and all cleaned up. It came back shining. Only wish I have winter tires to take it for a run now!! I highly recommend Tom and his crew. You won't be sorry.

Tom and the "gang" are friendly to deal with and upfront about service times and charges. I feel comfortable storing my bike there over the winter months. Safe, secure and a heated garage.

I’ve had a great experience bringing my bike to Cyclewerx. They’re professional, efficient, and super easy to work with. The pricing is more than fair, but what really stands out is their thoughtfulness. They make great, helpful suggestions for your bike without any pressure. They’re also incredibly accommodating, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality service and people who truly care about what they do.

I visited this shop about a week ago. Most of the staff were friendly and respectful, but one mechanic was very rude and made me feel uncomfortable because of how he treated people of color. His attitude was unprofessional and not what you’d expect in a diverse city like Toronto. The rest of the team deserves credit for being polite and helpful, but management should address this behavior immediately. Hope the owner sees this, lets him go, and sends a clear message about respect in the workplace.
