I rung cyclespot parts today to enquire about a battery for my bike, was quoted $209 over the phone and was told it was in stock. I drove over an hour to go and purchase the battery only to be told I was mis quoted and the price was $279. I explained the situation and that I was quoted $209 and asked if we could do anything about it but which I was told very bluntly “no”. Will not be using cyclespot again in the future, terrible service!
Just attempted to purchase a motorcycle from Cyclespot Wairau today. They said I could test ride the bike when I got there, but then I received a call on the way to the store explaining that I could NOT test ride it due to no WOF. When I reached the store, checked the bike out and asked if I could think about it, I rang them back and asked if it had sold yet - they assured me no, so I said I was coming down to purchase it, which they accepted and notified me they would get it ready for sale.
