Rick was helpful and very knowledgeable. Great selection outstanding products. By far the best shop that I have been in and in the past couple days I've been to almost everyone and I would pick cyclesmiths hands down.
Outstanding customer service at this bike shop! Showed up just after store hours, but Owner let us in anyway. He let me test drive several bikes, recommended the perfect bike for me (I love it!), and got me all set up for comfortable commuting. Great place!
