Serviced my new e-bike that I purchased online that had a warranty issue… I will have them service my bike annually and other times when issues arrive. And the friendly attitude!
Picked up a new Trek bike from Cyclesmith and had an awesome experience thanks to Matt. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and easy.
