Thank you so much to the team at Cycles West. I’d been having trouble with my shifting, and my front sprocket wouldn’t shift into high gear. The owner went above and beyond to not only fix the issue but also identified and repaired two other major problems I wasn’t even aware of. My bike now rides like it’s brand new. I really appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail from everyone at Cycles West.
I highly recommend Cycles West. They have serviced bikes for every member of the family from mountain bikes to road bikes. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Our needs have always been met with excellent, timely, personalized service. Grateful to have their support as we pursue our cycling goals.

Even though I didn’t buy my latest bike from Cycles West I have bought a few accessories from their store. They are very helpful and go out of their way to support cyclists. They have a great selection of accessories and clothing as well a new and used bikes. Their used bike inventory changes weekly. I recently purchased a new bike from Cycles West and couldn’t be happier with the experience. I also bought my previous bike there over 10 years ago and was always impressed with their friendliness, excellent service, and willingness to meet my needs.
