Amazing service. Gave clear estimate. When the price of repairs came close to that of buying a new one, they were honest and gave me honest opinion of it.
I can't drive due to medical complications so I decided to get an e-bike to get around... Oddly the 'assistance' I received at other shops was extremely sub-par... Cycles West is awesome! I took in my bike for an ICBC claim assessment after getting hit by a car, and not only did they help me through the drawn out back and forth, but also with ordering parts and rebuilding my bike. I felt I got a very honest assessment of the damage when I initially brought my bike in, and the repair process went very smoothly.
