I called a few places to fix my Troy-bilt leaf blower which stopped working. Every place either didn’t work on leaf blowers or the Troy-bilt brand. I called Shaun and he got back to me quickly and was able to work on my backpack leaf blower. Very transparent and fair price. Highly recommend.
I took my Husqvarna chainsaw to Shaun at Cycles and Saws, LLC this afternoon after fighting with it for quite a while myself due to starting issues. I had already replaced the carburetor, spark plug, fuel filter, and fuel. Shaun immediately asked if I had used an OEM carburetor. I told him no because I couldn’t find one, and he explained that these saws can be extremely particular about aftermarket carbs. Despite that, he had the saw running in about 10 minutes. Came here with my dyna wide glide harley, i needed some work done on it that i couldn’t do myself. (took my 6 hours of straight anger to bring it someone) he got it knocked out within the hour and did perfectly. I definitely will be bringing everything i can’t do myself to him in the future. Great guy, great character on him he’s funny

I have a sportbike which most places don't fix or it's 6 weeks or longer to get in. The previous owner had the oil bolt tightened so tight it broke 2 sockets. I was in desperate need of an oil change. I found Shaun and sent him a message, he responded quickly and I was able to get my bike in within a few days. He was through with best & worst case of scenario with the drain plug. Great communication and quick with getting my bike back so I can ride. I will go back to Shaun for any other motorcycle needs in the future.
