Bought my Triumph from here. The whole process was smooth, simple, and fast. The service department is incredible. They go out of their way to help out anyway that they can and go above and beyond when it comes to servicing the motorcycles that come in. Earlier this week I had a disappointing visit at this dealership and brought it to the owner’s attention via social media. I was contacted by Christian who invited me to return to see the Goldwing I originally wanted to see on my first visit but was informed by another sales associate that it was sold and I assumed unavailable for me to see. Rode past this dealership this morning and one of their employees was out front with a leaf blower - blowing dirt all over the cars riding by . Must be the same way they treat their customers seeing how their parking lot is aways empty . Thanks for all the dirt in my car �

Christian was my salesman and it was seriously the easiest buying experience I've ever had and all over the phone. Bought a Honda Pioneer for a great price and it was cleaned up and ready when I pulled in to pick it up. Highly recommend Christian and Cycles of Jacksonville!
