Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Brought my bike for a brake bleed, customer service rep told me I needed new chain but the chain was fine to me no issues riding. I reluctantly agreed to that. This customer service rep talked too loud and about irrelevant things. As he was putting the bike away he dropped it, the bike fell hard on the floor, I cringed. Best bike store in the city. 11/10 would recommend
I brought in my bike with a crank creaks, pops, and cracks. Mark replaced the bottom bracket and the chain that was just on the edge. What I really appreciated was that he was able to accommodate my unique holiday scheduling issues and get me done that day so that I'd be able to train over the holidays, which otherwise would have meant 2 weeks with no ride. That was service with a smile. The folks are super nice and fairly priced. Thanks CyclePath & happy holidays.
