I recently visited the store to have my sit bones measured because I was seriously considering a new saddle. The owner was very helpful and took the time to assist me. He also offered me a better price than another store, which I really appreciated. The only issue was that the saddle wasn’t in stock, so I paid in full and the store ordered it from Specialized. Was going to stop in at this location for some new shoes, but then saw the owner’s reply to a previous Google review from a customer: “Hi. Thanks for your reply. You sound like a whiner. Have you ever thought that you can be the problem.” That’s all I needed to know to never step foot in this place. Get your act together.
