I purchased a Giant Roam 2 bike from them. My experience was great. The owner never tried to upsell me once, in fact it was the opposite. He offered me cheaper alternatives but I went with the Roam 2 bike which they had to bring in from another store. I received the bike within a few days. I've been in twice since I purchased the bike, once for a flat and once for a tune up. I've received great service each time. I've enjoyed my conversations with the owner. I plan on buying a new road bike in the future.
Came in today to get a replacement handlebar stem. Front desk representative (owner can contact me for his name) began talking lowly about my new e-bike that I needed repairs on. Great way to make your customer feel welcome! The repairmen did a great job and was the only reason I didn’t walk out of the store AS the front desk rep THREW the new bike stem towards me and let it slide on the floor to the back of the shop.
