Had a lot of fun in the class, it goes by so quickly and then later you realize how much you did, which is very hard to duplicate with any other type of work out. The variation of being on and off the bike, different tempos, sprints, slowing down kept it interesting and it really challenges your core stability and leg stamina and strength. Look forward to going to more classes!
