There's nothing better than starting your day in a Spin Class at 6am! Spin Classes at CycleOm are high energy, fun, challenging and amazing for increasing strength, endurance and a positive attitude!!!! Try it !!!
Amazing studio! Everyone is so nice. Dana’s Cycle 1000 class, which combines 45 mins of spinning and 45 mins of yoga, is a MUST DO! Trevor’s yoga is challenging, but very supportive. Would recommend for a great sweat!
I’ve been attending cycle om Saturday mornings for Rachel’s class and I get so excited when I see her blonde hair bouncing up and down in that black light! The energy she brings is unmatched to any other class I’ve taken and I would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a cycle home!
