Last season I had my oil changed and the nut was not tightened so leaked oil until I caught it. This season I called 3 times to get an appointment for a repair and was told each time they’d call me back to set a date/time. Never got a call back. Tried one last time and was told I had to call back another time. Done. Worst customer service.
