As someone who had never really done any form of group fitness, I’ve found an amazing community at CycleFit. Each class, bike or bench is as challenging as it is fun. No matter your fitness level Allie and the rest of the team, make sure you are crushing each workout. Love it so much I have FOMO when I’m not there!
CycleFit and their new space Train (in the same shopping complex, just around the corner) are really a six star operation! I have been training there several times a week for going on two years now. I’m in my mid-50s, and I have been working out since I was a teenager so I know my way around gyms, and I have worked with instructors and personal trainers on both East and West coasts and in the middle of the country. I've been a member at CycleFit Lehigh Valley for the past 2 years, and every time I leave, it’s the best part of my day! The coaches bring incredible passion and energy, and the studio has such a fun, welcoming vibe—with great music, a clean space, and an amazing community. Thanks for being awesome!
Allie and Sarah are great! Also, it’s great place to celebrate Groundhog Day
This place has changed my life. I've always worked out but I've never really enjoyed it. Allie and her trainers (shout out to Sarah!) create such a warm, fun environment. But they also kick your butt! My favorite is the bike and weights combo (CycleStrong)-you never get bored. Could not recommend Cycle Fit highly enough!
