I did a trial class today for the first time and fell in love!! Immediately went home and booked more classes. Being 7 months postpartum I was having a hard time getting back into a groove (especially being so active prior to pregnancy.) The vibe was incredible- something that can’t be faked. Highly, highly recommend.
I started going to cycle fit because I was feeling unmotivated in the gym and never wanted to go. Trying a group fitness class was something worth trying and I’m so glad I did. Everyone who works here is truly so nice and welcoming and I look forward to seeing them every week. Also, I noticed a huge change in my body and mental health so big plus there!!
Cycle fit is amazing!!! All of the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. The owner is so personable and always upbeat and fun. I am so thankful for cycle fit
I went for the first time today and had an amazing time! I’ve never sweat so much in my life though LOL. I’m not sure how often I’ll be able to come since I actually live in New Jersey but I am so happy I tried this out!!! :)
