Thank you; my wife Miss Elvira for inviting me on my storm day off, team cycledelic for the trip. (Over 60) and this is was quite a workout. World class, this will train you and aid you in your pursuit of mobility, endurance, and power. Anything you want to do during your day will be done better with this in your routine.

I absolutely love coming here! That is saying a lot from someone who has NEVER enjoyed exercising EVER! Willie and Mary Marcia are two of the nicest people you will ever meet in your life. They motivate you and make you feel comfortable.

Before coming to CYCLEdelic, I had never taken a Spin class before. I honestly was a little intimidated by taking one, but from the moment I spoke to Mary Marcia on the phone, I felt welcomed and encouraged. That was well over two years ago (and counting) and I am so happy to report that I have found an energetic, positive, FUN and supportive fitness community at this place.
