The cyclebar instructors and studio itself are amazing! The instructors all greet you at the beginning and end of your ride to see how your ride went/if you need anything. There’s only one instructor there, who’s currently on maternity leave, that can be iffy at times and a flat affect if you’re not one of her usual riders. I went to this cyclebar a few times and had a great time with the instructors. After my trail class I got offered a discount for a monthly membership (month to month with NO commitment as per my contract). I signed up but the very next day I requested for my membership to be canceled after the first month bc I Knew I would be out of town for the summer. While I enjoyed the actual classes, the business practices of this studio/company are shady. I’ve been attempting to cancel my membership since March and haven’t been able to get in contact with anyone or get anyone to return my calls or emails and they continue to try and charge me for a membership I haven’t used in months. When you sign up they make it seem easy to be able to cancel as long as your contract is up (which mine is) but make it impossible to even get in touch with them to do so.
