On October 12, I received an email stating that the Flower Mound Cycle bar was closing unexpectedly. They stated that their last day would October 20th. We were given a choice to attend another location or receive a prorated refund. As the other locations were too far for me, I requested a prorated refund. I requested it timely with no response. Scammers smells like wet socks in there too And they illegally took 607 dollars from my account my membership been canceled for over a year and they claim I never did. This people never answer their phone the manager is never there because she is a teacher !!!
Great community, rides, and instructors!
Employees and Instructors know each member by name! You are greeted with a smile each ride. Clean bathrooms, bikes and facility. Fresh towels each ride followed up with an COLD essential oil infused towel for after your ride! Love all the theme rides each month. They offer a free class for first time riders and also throw in some great discounts for new members throughout the year.
