The reason why I gave 3 stars and not less is because of the amazing instructors. When I signed up for one of the monthly memberships, the staff explained the rules, that there are fees for missed or canceled classes within a 12 hour period. My first day there the staff explained that even if I am charged a fee, I can let them know and they will refund me.
