I’ve been a loyal customer for years and have always enjoyed their classes, the instructors have always been great. I’ve never had any issues until recently. After canceling my membership I continued being charged monthly, they even charged me late fees when I was being charged on auto on my credit card. The manager Pilar ( LH location) could not be bothered to return a call or email until I made several attempts, contacting another manager at another location, she FINALLY responded. Horrible experience with management, poor response time when there is an issue, she has very poor management skills, dont recommend this location
They are closing without notice and they are still charging me - beware of this place. They stopped paying their employees a month ago and have not notified anyone about what is happening or getting back to me about giving my money back. The most unprofessional thing I’ve seen.
I've been with this studio since 2019 and I've loved every second of it until recently. It started with swapping my membership style and still being charged their $149 new member fee (really? I paid for mine and my partner's full memberships the entire pandemic even when we couldn't attend). Then I took a hiatus due to some medical reasons and now that I've come back I'm horrified. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THEM. I came here to share my experience and am seeing a lot of people with similar issues. I cancelled my membership in 2022 and started being charged again in 2023 without consenting to anything. I disputed all of the charges (adding up to $500 something) and am now getting repetitive calls from an untrustworthy debt collector! Cyclebar sold them all of my information and they are coming after me for $1200!!!!! Over twice what I disputed when I should not owe them a penny!!! The last time I attend... read more
