I called but couldn’t reach them. The APP doesn’t work for a while. Even on the CycleBar website, there is no site of Temecula now!!! So I went t there yesterday, and find there is no one there. Looks like they are disappearing. Who can tell me what happened? How to settle the unused classes?
This company is so hard to reach.
I have been trying to cancel my membership for three months and I have sent emails and made phone calls left voicemails, I even reached the receptionist who promised me they would cancel it as soon as the manager would come in… You guessed it right I got charged again this month and they never cancelled it. It has been a nightmare dealing with a contract Cancellation. I have email the supervisor, with no response. I have called several times, they never answer. The application doesn't allow you to do it. I believe this a very dishonest business.
I attended classes at Temecula CycleBar. After class even with wearing the earplugs provided I was having issues with ringing of ears which got worse with every class. I notified front desk and was told instructors can put music as loud as they want. You can't even speak to the person next to you. The decibels are way over safety standard. I tried the class some more with other earplugs to no avail. I emailed the general manager that I couldn't continue.
