Amazing teachers, amazing music, such an awesome workout!!
CycleBar Louisville has little regard for their customers. The classes are fun enough and everything seems fine until you have to deal with management or pay a bill. I spent a week trying to resolve a ridiculous $20 no-show fee (for a $13 class!) and a $51 monthly fee, all while being hit with absurd $25 late fees for both. EDIT: I stand by my previous review. Except, I cancelled my membership and they continued to try to bill me for a membership. When I started getting calls that I have an outstanding bill I told them that I had cancelled my membership with their rep up front a long time ago, so I shouldnt be getting bills at all. I Had to cancel my credit card because this company would likely still be charging me to this day after canceling my membership. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD. I love riding at Cyclebar Louisville. Everyone is so friendly. The classes are great with awesome music. The instructors are amazing.
