This is a truly special, inclusive space and community! I’ve been going for 2 years. The instructors are all wonderful and I always get a great, challenging workout. It’s a body positive experience, with an all new playlist each time. Love!
Really enjoy my classes at this location! Everyone is friendly and welcoming! They offer shoes, filtered water, cool towels & snacks post class. Clean bathrooms with a shower & a variety of items to freshen up. Tues/Thurs with Sarah are my fav.
