Very good spin workouts. But the space is small and the music very loud. Bring earplugs if your ears are sensitive like mine.

Okay so let me preface that not only have I been to innumerable cycling classes and studios in many different cities, I also used to teach indoor cycling classes. I've been on the hunt for a cycling class in the Detroit area that checks all the (high standard) boxes for me, and Amanda's class at Cycle Bar checks them all. Literally not sure how I have not left a review yet! If you are looking for a place to work out while also being welcomed into a community, look no further - this is your place! Every single instructor is amazing and each workout has so much energy. If you're new to cycling, don't be discouraged because I've seen all the staff and instructors spend time w/ new folks showing how the bike works and all that jazz. I absolutely love working out here!
