Was such a good experience! Loved the energy of our instructor & how clear her directions were. Sometimes these types of cycle classes can be hard to follow for a beginner but I felt like it was satisfying for all levels. In general, the staff was very welcoming & educational.
I previously left a 1 star review. I had to miss a class due to an injury, and I’d gotten charged a $20 no show fee (which was a surprise). Many of their classes have also changed to explicit music, and I was hearing explicit music in classes that weren’t labeled explicit in the app. After leaving that review, the owner of the business called me and refunded the $20 no show fee! The staff members are fantastic (super encouraging and friendly), but I will not be returning. They have turned many of their classes into explicit music classes, so your class options are very limited if that’s not your jam. I attended a class that was clearly listed as non-explicit in the app, and there was still explicit music (including the F bomb). The staff is what really makes this place amazing. The instructor Kelly and the ladies in the front are amazing. Love the energy from those who come in and take the class and the facility itself is very well kept. I'm so glad they have a location in the East Valley.
Truly Grateful for CycleBar Gilbert! I cannot say enough amazing things about CycleBar Gilbert. From day one, this place has been so welcoming, it truly feels like a second home. The community here is incredible. Everyone, from the instructors to the riders, is so friendly and supportive. You walk in and they know your name, they check in with you, and they genuinely care.
