Great cardiovascular workout.
Update… recently completed my hundredth class and still love this place!! It’s amazing and supportive! Just tried my first class with Laura and it was AMAZING. I’m sold.

I LOVE CycleBar Carmel Valley. Great instructors, fun challenges, best way to start your day and get your exercise in. Highly recommend this studio whether you are an indoor cyclist or not. Try it out. You will be suprised.
