Definitely good they are closing, if you are in the clique welcomed with open arms but if not, you get the bare minimum customer service, communication there of course for picking up any payments. Cyclebar, especially this one, just perpetuates the continued superficial things that are rewarded
I received a gift certificate for 5 rides, and I am loving CycleBar Carmel Valley! It’s clean, the bikes are high quality and rock solid, the instructors are friendly and energetic, and it’s a kick-butt workout. I love the mood lighting, motivating music, the performance board, and the post-ride cool washcloth. And it’s interesting to get my ride statistics emailed to me. Highly recommend.

I’ve been going to classes here at CycleBar Carmel Valley for the past six months, and coming to this studio was one of the best decisions I made last year. There’s such a wonderful community of people here. Every single person I’ve interacted with at this studio has been so nice and welcoming. I’ve been doing indoor cycling for 3 years and of all the studios I’ve tried this is by far my favorite! The instructors are incredible, the community is amazing, and the studio is well taken care of. Spin is a great workout that has kept me feeling healthy and confident. Try out this studio!
