I ended up showing up 3 minutes late for my first time and fully understood that I could not join the class that had already started. when i asked for a tour and to reschedule I was told no and given no options to continue. I am extremely upset with how the person at the counter handled the situation. they were condescending and rude. I just started going to CycleBar a month ago and I’m obsessed! They are very welcoming and all the instructors are so helpful. Trying something new is always scary but they make sure you feel comfortable & confident on the bike! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an intense yet fun workout. :)

As a first time rider, I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at CycleBar! After just three rides I'm already hooked. The team here is incredibly friendly and welcoming, which helped ease my anxiety trying something new. Although I've only seen two trainers so far, their energy and motivation have been absolutely up-lifting. Becoming a member was both easy and affordable, and I'm excited to continue my journey!

Emily just knows what's gonna sound good on a spin bike. You can really tell how much effort goes into the playlists, and it's always a great time in her classes.
