Love this place! Great atmosphere, everyone is so friendly and welcoming.
Have been trying to cancel my daughter’s membership after she graduated from OU in May and it has been incredibly difficult. No one answers the phone and they don’t return email’s. It’s beyond bad customer service at this point, and borderline intentional avoidance. Looks like I’m not alone on this issue based on another review.
I had a really disappointing experience with CycleBar. The workout itself was great when I attended, but shortly after, I began receiving frequent calls urging me to sign up for a membership. I eventually subscribed for a month, but an unexpected trip forced me to leave the state before I could cancel in person. I even sent friends to cancel on my behalf, but they were only given a phone number to call, which no one ever answers.
