I'm so pissed. Do not get any type of membership with Cycle Bar. I'll say it again, "DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP WITH CYCLE BAR." I hurt myself during one of their classes, and politely asked to freeze my account because I couldn't go. Then they charged me for freezing it. When I called to cancel and say that I was displeased because I was never told that I would be charged to freeze it. Did they cancel it? No! First time trying cycling at a cycling studio and I really enjoyed it! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. It was easy to book my first class and I received a text reminder the morning of. Can’t wait to come back!
The studio, the environment, the instructors everything is just amazing.
Celebrated my 10th ride this week. I’m hooked! Thanks CycleBar for helping me grow
