amazing atmosphere, awesome people and staff. the one downside is route 10 traffic for any 5pm/5:45pm/6pm classes—plan accordingly. super accommodating—come here and ride no matter your fitness level. alicia, nikki, rahmael, alexia are all so encouraging and helped me get some friends through their first classes! the bikes are stationary and staff is super inclusive. my medical alert dog and i were welcomed, no judgements, and i was able to enjoy classes here using classpass.
Very clean environment, the staff are courtious, the class instructors are well trained and super supportive. I enjoy every class I take. The cost for membership is reasonable. The energy in each class is awesome!
