I attended my first class today after being gone for a few years and love that there are more staff available now (front desk staff, locker room area staff, cleaning helper for the bikes in the studio, and the spin instructor, Emily- who was great!). The bikes have been upgraded too, which I was thrilled to see. Everyone was kind, patient, and attentive. Wonderful experience today!
My heart still loves a different location, but since I relocated, I started going to Davie location. The fees are ridiculously unforgiving to an average person that has schedule mishaps or emergencies. The energy of some instructors is meh, but yesterday was my first time taking Eve’s class. Wow! Not only did my arms shake reaching failure on the arm bar portion, the music was phenomenal! I typically do not care for EDM when riding, only her music choice was perfect for her choreography. I love CycleBar so much. I never thought I would love working out and this has made working out so much fun.
Nick is hands down one of the best cycling instructors I’ve ever had. His energy is unmatched, and his music selection is absolutely perfect. No matter how exhausted you are, the beats just take over, pushing you to give it your all. I’ve been cycling for over a decade, and his classes still excite and motivate (which is so hard to find after many years of cycling).
