Be careful with this place. It’s addictive I’ve been coming here since December, and I’ve had an awesome experience with every aspect of the business - from the front desk folks who have always been super nice and always helpful, to the dynamic classes with *amazing* instructors; when l say dynamic, l mean for example, today, the morning class was a 90s Hits class and it was sooooo much fun! Terrible experience! There’s better studios with better staff and policy. They lock you into these overpriced memberships and contracts and charge you even if you have moved and didn’t use any of the class credits. I will never do another cycle bar class. This is the reason their Fort Lauderdale studio closed. Go to GVO in Fort Lauderdale there’s no BS commitment membership and the staff there is nice and understanding more than I can say about cycle bar.
