My daughter has tried canceling this account for the last 7 months with no success. Delvin Burton, the franchise owner can never be reached. The staff always claim that they can't do anything. Waiting to hear before going to BBB. Looks like they are closing, Mr. Burton made it sound like he was going to refund, then hasn't responded. Looks like he is not even a resident of NC. He is running another one of these in NJ.
The staff is very friendly and West Cary instructors are all awesome. Sad to see this location close.
Abbey, Danni, & Dakota are all fantastic instructors! Staff are always super friendly & helpful. I have really enjoyed going to this location & look forward to my cardio workouts here.
I arrange my schedule so that I can take classes with Dani! She’s the best…I always feel empowered after a workout!
The overall experience is great! I love attending all the instructors classes. They all are amazing!
